  • After entering the payment details then sign out from your device and then try again to login, try until you get the welcome page.

First Method

Log out of media and purchases and Sign In, To solve this problem, go to settings, tap on profile icon. Now on to media and purchasing. Log out then log back in

Again, go to App store and try and install the app. This time when asked for review, tap on it. This will take you to a screen where you will be asked for a payment method and billing location.

Note that you are not actually required to enter credit card details, you can choose no payment method and continue.

Once done, you can now go ahead and install the app from the app store. When installing the app for the first few times, you will be asked to enter the apple id password.

Second method

You can go to iTunes store on macbook and then try the whole process again.
